ABOUT JOB
We are looking for an Office Administrator who is energetic, organized, and detail-oriented. This role is critical to supporting daily office operations, coordinating schedules, assisting customers, and helping our team deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Manage customer accounts and service requests
- Maintain accurate records and company databases
- Support route scheduling and technician communication
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate internal communications and office processes
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Follow up with customers regarding services and scheduling
- Assist with membership renewals and customer retention efforts
- Help ensure smooth daily office operations
