Job Description
ABOUT JOB
Our client is hiring a process-oriented Office Administrator to join our distribution center team. This is the ideal position for the person who loves handling a wide variety of responsibilities in a fast paced, high volume environment.
In this position you will:
-
Efficiently answer and respond to telephone calls and customers’ needs
-
Receive and process customer orders and invoices on a daily basis
-
Provide product quotes to customers
-
Develop a strong understanding of product line and services offered
-
Assist in inventory control, including purchase order receipts and transfers
-
Assist in production, product pick-up, and product delivery schedules
Required Experience:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
One year prior office administrative experience or related experience, preferably in the building supply industry
-
Clear and effective written and oral communication skills
-
High attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
The Details:
This position is Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 4pm with occasional overtime. Pay rate is $31-36 based on, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications. Additional compensation can include driving bonuses and target bonuses.
