ABOUT JOB

 

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks. This person will also partially work in a data entry position. This person will be committed to Saving Grace Ministries’ mission and willing to be a team player in serving our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate mailings and donor solicitations, thank you letters
  • Complete daily photo roster and distribute to staff, partners as directed
  • Collect and track rent payments in Excel from residents
  • Create and send out a weekly past due rent report
  • Organize client mailings
  • Track work orders
  • Answer phones, logging all calls into electronic journal
  • Enter bills into Quickbooks
  • Reconcile credit card receipts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
