ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. The candidate will also need sales experience and experience in dealing with customers.
Description
*Responsibilities*
- Manage office operations and procedures
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain supplies inventory
- Handle scheduling appointments with customers
- Create invoices for each customer and take and record payments
- Provide general administrative support to staff
*Experience*
Required:
- Experience with the automotive industry
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills for clerical duties
Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience in front desk or office administration roles
