ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a highly organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial and business information. This role is essential in helping our office run smoothly and supporting our field technicians and management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling service calls, and responding to customer inquiries
- Enter invoices, payments, and expenses into QuickBooks with accuracy
- Assist with payroll preparation and financial recordkeeping
- Maintain confidential financial and customer information at all times
- Coordinate communication between the office and field teams
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Support management with reports, documentation, and general office duties
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Previous office or administrative experience, preferably in a trades or service‑based business
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, or accounting processes is a plus
Pay: $15.00 – $35.00 per hour
