Job Description
JOB DETAILS
We’re looking for a reliable, sharp Office Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. Some of your tasks will be recurring, some will be totally new — you’ll need to be someone who can roll with it, stay organized, and get things done without being micromanaged. We’re growing quickly, and there’s opportunity for the right person to take on more responsibility and grow into a larger operations or leadership support role over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling administrative tasks, data entry, and document management
- Supporting the team with scheduling, communications, and follow-ups
- Organizing files, tracking information, and keeping records up to date
- Assisting leadership with projects on an as-needed basis
- Being the go-to person when something needs to get handled
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and basic tech
- Self-starter who doesn’t need their hand held
- Trustworthy, punctual, and professional
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt on the fly
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
- Full-time hours
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
