ABOUT JOB
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Assistant to join our growing team . In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
What you’ll be doing
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Provide support in organising and coordinating meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and systems to enhance efficiency
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the office
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Entry level or graduate candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and data
