ABOUT JOB
Our client is looking for full-time Office Assistant to help run our operations. Candidate must be reliable, organized, and hardworking. Must also be able to multi-task and handle the large workload in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handling phones and must have strong customer service skills
- Must be able to Multi-task with phones and scheduling
- Organizing paperwork
- Follow-up with prospects through telephone calls (within 24 hours) and emails (within 48 hours)
- Oversee construction sites, if needed
- Qualifications:
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects with little supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill a must
- Positive attitude and effective team player
- Proficient Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Education Requirements:Language:
- Associate or Equivalent
- English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
