JOB DETAILS
Our client is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
For fast paced professional office, part-time Mon-Thurs 9am-3pm starting $17/hr. Self-motivated, reliable and attention to detail a must. Strong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
– Manage and maintain office calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings
– Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
– Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
– Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
– Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
– Maintain organization of office supplies and equipment
– Utilize computer literacy skills to navigate various software programs
