Job Description
JOB SUUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Office Assistant to support our administrative operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office functions, excellent customer service, and efficient management of daily tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, be bilingual if possible, and demonstrate a proactive approach to office management.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answer phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail.
- Provides concise information by answering questions and requests.
- Keeps inventory of all necessary office supplies and orders proactively to ensure smooth operations.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc
- Assists the payroll department with timesheet duties
- Assisting HR with clerical duties
- Provide assistance to any department that requires
- Perform any other office tasks as needed.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
