JOB DETAILS
Our company is looking for a motivated Office Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to email, and website inquiries
- Help schedule service calls, estimates, and project work
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Track and manage the status of active projects, follow up on open items, and help make sure nothing slips through the cracks
- Transcribe, type, prepare, and send proposals
- Fill in, send, and track contracts and agreements
- Manage permit applications and coordinate with city building departments
- Help keep office systems, schedules, and job information organized
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong typing, writing, and communication skills required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Friendly, upbeat personality with strong customer service skills
- Strong computer skills required
- Proficiency in Google Drive applications including docs and spreadsheets
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred, but not required
