ABOUT JOB
Our client is looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping manage daily office operations and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Schedule service appointments and installations
- Manage customer records and invoices
- Assist with estimates and job follow-ups
- Coordinate with technicians and field staff
- Maintain organized office files and documents
- General administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, office software)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required
Position Type:
Full-time / Part-time (to be discussed)
Compensation:
Compensation will be discussed during the interview based on experience.
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
