Job Description
ABOUT JOB
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Office Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our office organized and our records accurate. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a mix of computer-based tasks and light clerical work.
Responsibilities:
- Scan and file completed order paperwork
- Attach signed invoices into QuickBooks
- Maintain digital logs of Proof of Delivery (PODs)
- Create and organize customer packets
- Assist with general office organization and filing
- Support the office team with other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, PDF tools, etc.)
- Experience with QuickBooks or willingness to learn
- Ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and deadlines
- Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
- Paid holidays and PTO after probationary period
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $21.00 per hour
