JOB DETTAILS
Our client is seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Recruiting Coordinator.
This position combines front office administration, customer service, and caregiver recruiting. You’ll answer incoming calls, assist families and caregivers, schedule interviews, support hiring activities, and help keep our office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and caregivers
- Schedule caregiver interviews and orientations
- Follow up with caregiver applicants by phone, text, and email
- Assist with recruiting and hiring activities
- Maintain employee and applicant records
- Process onboarding paperwork and employment documents
- Data entry and administrative support
- Assist with job postings and recruitment efforts
- Support the office team with daily operations
Qualifications:
- Administrative, receptionist, customer service, staffing, healthcare, or recruiting experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and positive attitude
