ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team . As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry
- Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed
- Contribute to the implementation of efficient office procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements
What we’re looking for
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Proficient in the use of office equipment and Microsoft Office applications
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a similar office or administrative role, preferably within the records management or document control field
- Minimum 6-12 months of office or administrative experience is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
