We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team . As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed
  • Contribute to the implementation of efficient office procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements

What we’re looking for

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • Proficient in the use of office equipment and Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a similar office or administrative role, preferably within the records management or document control field
  • Minimum 6-12 months of office or administrative experience is required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
