ABOUT JOB
Responsibilities:
- Answers, screens and directs phone calls in a polite and friendly manner; takes messages and schedules meeting rooms.
- Gives general information in response to public inquiries.
- Performs various administrative and clerical support tasks, including but not limited to stuffing envelopes, posting and/or sorting departmental mail, preparing new resident packets and processing solicitation applications.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
- Experience in Customer Service.
