Job Description
ABOUT JOB
The Office Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the company: customer relations, answering phones, scheduling audits and retrofit jobs, entering bills and receipts into Quickbooks, building energy models using industry software, processing rebate paperwork, payroll, social media updates.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Extremely well organized
- A motivated, proactive self-starter
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Quickbooks)
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Superior verbal communications skills
- Able to pass a criminal background check and provide work references
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Ideally, the candidate will have two plus years of experience in office management, construction management or coordination and bookkeeping (knowledge of Quickbooks is a major plus
