ABOUT JOB
The Office Services Specialist plays a vital role in keeping the firm running smoothly by providing high-level administrative and operational support across all locations. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining a professional, well-functioning workplace.
Administrative & Facilities Support
- Mail & Courier Management: Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx, UPS, and other courier services.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchens, conference rooms, and reception areas.
- Meeting & Event Setup: Assist with conference room setup for internal meetings and firm events.
- Document Support: Assist with document management tasks including storing, uploading, and downloading files.
- General Administrative Support: Provide operational and administrative support to the firm as needed.
Technology & Equipment Support
- Basic Tech Troubleshooting: Provide first-line technical support to staff, including printer troubleshooting and toner replacement.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a customer service or office environment
- Familiarity with standard office equipment (phones, copiers, scanners, printers)
- Strong organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Prior experience working in a law firm or legal environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
