Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Office Services Specialist plays an integral role in supporting client’s day-to-day operations as part of the Corporate Services and Hospitality team. This position operates in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and requires a high degree of flexibility, professionalism, and collaboration.
Provide reception coverage and front desk services
Coordinate and distribute incoming and interoffice mail across the corporate headquarters, including multiple office floors and business partner locations.
Perform daily courier responsibilities, including USPS runs and bank deposits
Provide audio/visual support for meetings and events
Serve as the on-site coordinator for contractors, security personnel, vendors, and other service providers
Support document management processes, including scanning, electronic filing, hard- copy archiving, and document destruction services
Assist with additional operational, administrative, and special project responsibilities as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, executives, vendors, and visitors.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using systems such as Yardi or similar inventory/work order platforms preferred.
Ability to lift and move packages or office supplies.
Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism when supporting executive leadership and corporate operations.
