JOB  DETAILS

What You’ll Own

  • Creating and documenting SOPs for core platform operations (onboarding, support, content rollout, member journeys).
  • Building and improving customer service, support, and member‑experience workflows.
  • Overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the community and making sure things don’t slip through the cracks.
  • Helping structure how content, courses, and challenges are rolled out and supported.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in the platform and member experience, and prototyping better systems.
  • Supporting the transition from “scrappy early‑stage” to a more organized, repeatable platform.
