About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Office & Administration Assistant to support our team . This role is able to be carried out over 4 or 5 days with the hours being a negotiable, with a minimum requirement of 25 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Communicate with a variety of stakeholders internally & externally
- Manage document volume through effective filing, scanning and archiving
- Provide ad hoc office support to various departments
- Assist with data entry and database updates
- Support the finance team with administrative duties
- Office support and day to day maintenance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of documents efficiently
- Confident with Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed
