Our client  is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to support our  team. This role is responsible for accurately entering field-collected bridge inspection data into state-managed record systems. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Duties

• Enter bridge inspection field notes and data into designated state record systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Communicate with inspectors and project managers to clarify field notes when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive infrastructure data.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous office experience involving data entry or administrative support is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Ability to learn and navigate state database systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple files efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with engineering, construction, or inspection documentation.
• Familiarity with bridge inspection terminology or infrastructure reporting systems (a plus, not required).

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
