ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time File Clerk / Administrative Assistant to help organize and maintain records for a multi-business management office
This role will primarily focus on:
- organizing physical files,
- scanning and digitizing documents,
- maintaining filing systems,
- document retrieval,
- and general administrative support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain physical filing systems
- Scan and digitally organize documents
- Label, archive, and retrieve records as needed
- Maintain document organization across multiple business entities
- Assist with general office organization
- Perform light data entry and administrative support
- Help reduce and organize existing filing backlog
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Comfortable with repetitive and detail-focused tasks
- Basic computer skills (Google Drive, PDFs, scanning, file management)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous office or clerical experience preferred, but not required
Schedule
- Part-time
- Approximately 15–25 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available
Compensation
- $19.00 per hour
- Opportunity for expanded responsibilities and full-time hours based on performance and business needs
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Experience:
- Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
