ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team! Duties/Responsibilities
- Copy, scan, organize, and maintain hard copy and digital records of incoming and existing documents.
- File physical documents accurately and maintain an orderly filing system.
- Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently.
- Order and restock office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
- Assist with basic data entry, record updates, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain general office organization, including tidying shared spaces.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed (copying, printing, scheduling assistance, etc.)
- Maintain breakroom supplies and stock vending machines.
- Assist with special events.
- Perform other duties or special projects assigned by supervisor.
Basic Qualifications/Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior office or administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable using office equipment (scanner, copier, printer).
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and document management.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling inquiries professionally.
