JOB DETAILS
Ou client is hiring a dependable Part-Time Office Assistant to support our growing construction office. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a small business environment and interacting with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks experience preferred)
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Provide general administrative and office support
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Construction or contractor office experience is a plus
- Willing to train the right candidate
Pay & Benefits
- $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
