We’re on the hunt for a highly organised, switched-on Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant.
This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves keeping things running smoothly, and enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operations of a growing civil and surveying company.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing schedules, calendars & appointments
Coordinating travel, accommodation & site logistics
Assisting with onboarding & employee administration
Preparing documents, reports & correspondence
General office coordination & admin support
Helping keep projects, paperwork & people organised
Supporting the Operations Manager with daily tasks
Being the go-to person who keeps everything moving
What We’re Looking For
✔ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
✔ Great communication skills & confident personality
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Positive attitude with initiative and common sense
✔ Experience in administration, PA or office support preferred
✔ Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office & email systems
✔ Someone reliable, proactive and easy to work with
