Job Description
ABOUT JOB
We are looking for a personal/administration assistant who can provide reliable support to the two directors in our private real estate organisation. The ideal candidate is searching for a diverse position where they can work across multiple entities in order to help the Directors make the most efficient and productive use of their time. You will be a direct report to the two business owners, but will also need to be actively involved with a small number of staff and consultants within the business.
Indicative tasks are as follows:
• Filing across all entities
• Data entry and database maintenance
• Preparation of documentation for the residential team as requested such as contracts and appointment documents
• Diary/appointment management and travel bookings
• Email management
• Other administrative work- this can be anything from data entry to financial spreadsheets to marketing needs
You will have:
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional discretion
• Excellent computer skills – in particular the Microsoft Office Suite and all Apple devices
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Accounting skills are a bonus but not essential
Skills and experience required:
- Microsoft proficient with excellent knowledge in Excel, Word & Outlook programs
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of the real estate sales process and associated documents is helpful but not mandatory.
- Xero experience or similar accounting software useful but not mandatory.
