About the Role

In this role, you will support the day‑to‑day running of properties, organise maintenance and materials, and assist with financial administration. No two days are the same—you’ll be keeping operations moving smoothly, solving problems on the fly, and helping ensure projects and payments stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, inspections, and trades.
  • Order building materials and manage supplier quotes & deliveries.
  • Process and track accounts payable, invoices, and receipts.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and regular reconciliations.
  • Maintain organised digital and physical files, records, and schedules.
  • Prepare simple reports, budgets, and updates as required.
  • Provide general administrative and personal support as needed.

About You

You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic role and has excellent organisation and communication skills. You enjoy dealing with trades, suppliers, and contractors—and you’re comfortable keeping finance tasks tidy and accurate.

You will have:

  • Experience in admin, property support, accounts, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.
  • Great time‑management and ability to prioritise.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.
  • Confident communication skills with suppliers and contractors.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
