JOB DETAILS
We are seeking an organized, motivated, and personable self-starter to serve a role as Personal Assistant and Receptionist. This position combines front desk responsibilities with direct executive support and a mix of personal and business-related tasks.
The ideal candidate is professional, polished, highly responsive, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role serves as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and business partners.
Qualifications
- Prior in-office or front desk experience required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy; proficient with Google Workspace, Dropbox, Zoom, and mobile apps
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (or willingness to learn)
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Motivated, assertive, and proactive self-starter
Receptionist Responsibilities
- Answer and route phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain front desk organization and office presentation
- Schedule and confirm appointments
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings
- Assist with document preparation, printing, scanning, emailing, and filing
- Maintain spreadsheets and basic administrative tracking
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and service providers
- Ensure tasks are followed through and completed efficiently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
