Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Our client is looking a Personal Assistant to support day-to-day executive operations.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a creative, high-energy leadership team and gain hands-on experience inside a rapidly expanding international media company.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and correspondence
- Prioritize and manage meeting requests, acting as a gatekeeper to protect executive time and focus
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups for meetings
- Coordinate calls, logistics, and executive communications
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Support cross-functional workflows and assist with high-level projects as needed
- Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, and proactively suggest solutions
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury service, executive support, or high-touch client environments is a strong plus
- Background in sales, marketing, media, or client-facing roles is considered a strong advantage
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Interest in media, marketing, and creative industries
- Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership
