ABOUT JOB
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the CEO.
As the Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support including diary management, event coordination, handling correspondence, preparation of meeting materials and minute taking for Council meetings and Community Conversations. You will also screen phone calls and act as the first point of contact for external enquiries for the CEO .
What we’re looking for:
- High level administration skills and the capacity to maintain high attention to detail.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and ability to prepare clear and concise reports, recommendations, presentations and other relevant correspondence.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Publisher, and Outlook.
- A strong focus on process and effective task management, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach to anticipate requirements, show initiative and exercise tact, discretion, and judgement.
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with internal and external customers and deal effectively with distressed or agitated people.
Salary and conditions:
- Fixed-term Part-time position (2-3 days per week, 7.5 hours per day).
