ABOUT JOB

 

Our client  is looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors. This role supports daily front desk operations, assists with ride inquiries, and provides administrative support to the dispatch and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with basic ride booking requests and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Handle incoming mail, documents, and office correspondence
  • Coordinate with dispatch and customer service teams as needed
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling systems)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and attitude

Salary Range

$16 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
