ABOUT JOB
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. <Duties>
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
- Maintain the front desk area, keeping it organized, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and managing calendars.
- Utilize computer skills to update records in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools.
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic QuickBooks entries to support financial record-keeping.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff or medical/dental offices as needed.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person.
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining organized filing systems.

- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in both English and bilingual settings (if applicable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy; typing speed is a plus.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures including filing, proofreading, and document management.
- Experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is advantageous but not required.
