Job Title: Receptionist
Pay Range: $22.00/hour
Type of Position: Full Time

Job Description:

Receptionists will provide a positive first impression of the company at all times while in charge of answering phones and welcoming visitors. You will need excellent attention to detail and exemplary customer service delivery, written and verbal communication skills.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Answering incomings calls, screen and direct calls accordingly
  • Must be able to answer calls
  • Updates visitor calendar and maintains security by following procedures for visitors
  • Coordinates set up of visitors with staff as needed
  • Keeps daily note of conference room scheduling
  • Coordinates mail flow in and out of office, receives and distributes daily mail/deliveries
  • Sorting and reviewing of incoming faxes
  • Assist with supply inventory
  • Multi line phone system, high volume incoming calls, screen and direct calls accordingly

Qualifications:

  • Excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management skills

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
