ABOUT JOB
Our is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, contractors, and stakeholders while providing administrative support to multiple departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and secure office environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Operations and Meeting Schedules

- Manage conference/training room occupancy

- Answering and directing phone calls Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate with the appropriate personnel.
- Attending meetings and recording meeting minutes.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
What You Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
The approximate compensation range for this position is $22/hr – $25/hr.
