ABOUT JOB
Our company seeking a polished and dependable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our clients.
This is a front-facing role in a high-end showroom, ideal for someone who presents professionally, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience. What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist clients, creating a welcoming and professional showroom experience
- Answer and direct phone calls and general inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready front desk and showroom
- Support executives and team members with basic administrative tasks
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain filing systems and accurate records
- Help ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to office procedures
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience
- Professional appearance and business casual presentation appropriate for a luxury environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); CRM experience is a plus but not required
This role is primarily receptionist-focused, with the opportunity to grow into a broader administrative or operations support position over time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour
