ABOUT JOB
The administrative assistant position will work closely with the office manager to coordinate and perform all of the administrative functions for a busy professional firm. Duties will include but not be limited to answering phones, maintaining file structure and system, support functions for professional staff and data entry. This position will also be instrumental in completing our transition to a paperless file system over time.
Preference will be given to applicants who have experience with Microsoft Office 365 and technical savvy with computers and technology. This position is fast paced and requires the ability to multitask. Experience with QuickBooks would be an additional plus. Training on those tasks is possible for the right candidate who lacks that experience. The successful applicant will have a professional demeanor and be able to work with clients and staff in a stressful environment, have exceptional organizational skills, and will have initiative to learn new skills and grow in position. Long term upside and opportunities are available for advancement for the right candidate.
Salary range is dependent on the experience level of the individual and their potential to immediately adapt to our environment and learn new tasks and functions quickly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
