ABOUT JOB
We are looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves answering phones, assisting clients in need, guiding them toward available services, and adding client information to our call list. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
- Assist clients by guiding them to appropriate services and resources
- Add and update client information in call lists and databases
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Use spreadsheets and other office software for tracking and reporting
- Support general administrative and office duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets and data entry
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
