We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities
- Manage phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently.
- Assist management by handling administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain data entry records, and manage correspondence via email and phone.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and supply inventory.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office documentation.
- Utilize Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) to streamline daily operations and document management.
- Keep the workplace clean and organized.
- Anticipate the needs of others (staff/clients) to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Handle sensitive information and confidential documents with the utmost discretion and security.
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations in a professional setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy essential for daily tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication.
- Experience in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management.
