Your Role:

- Welcoming all guests upon arrival; greet and direct all visitors
- Ensure guests’ names are listed in lobby security for ease on arrival
- Ensure all visitors are made to feel comfortable and welcome – having a hospitable demeanor
- Booking desks, offices for staff and conference rooms for internal and client meetings
- Handle all incoming calls courteously and professionally
You will provide a welcoming, professional reception and office environment. You will ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. You must enjoy helping others and must have excellent people skills alongside outstanding organizational and operational skills. These duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain consistent awareness of all daily meetings and visitors
- Manage the professional appearance of the company’s public rooms
- Receive and sort all incoming and outgoing deliverie

- You will also assist with a wide range of office services and administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Support event planning initiatives and coordinate logistics
- Participating in and contributing to the company’s social committee
About You:

- You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills.
- Strong attention to detail and be able to complete tasks timely and accurately.
- Ability to multi-task and take on multiple projects.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A customer service-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of mail equipment and copy machines an asset.
- Handyman skills an asset.
- Financial services office environment an asset.
University degree an asset.

Salary Range: USD $53,000 – $74,000
