ABOUT JOB
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this dual-function role, you will be the first point of contact for our office while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company databases. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly transition between greeting visitors and high-volume data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Desk
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take clear and accurate messages.
Data Entry & Records Management
- Data Input: Accurately enter and update text and figures into company spreadsheets and databases.
- Quality Control: Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents and identifying/correcting errors.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and familiarity with database or CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is highly preferred.
