ABOUT JOB
Our client is currently seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Human Resources Assistant to join our team.
This is an entry-level administrative role, ideal for candidates looking to start or grow their career in human resources. As the face of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing exceptional support to both employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and conducting new hire orientation
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed to support the department
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in HR or business administration is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or HR support role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Dependable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude
