JOB DETAILS

 

Our company has an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make their break into the corporate office field. You will be required to report to the Office Supervisor and General Manager and carry out all duties & responsibilities in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.

The Role

This includes:

  • Maintaining office functionality and presentation.
  • Answering and professionally managing incoming phone calls for Offices First and its clients.
  • Managing office supplies and equipment and liaising with contractors when required.
  • Assisting in new client setup procedures.

We do not require applicants to have experience within a corporate environment but are looking for someone who is adaptable and comfortable with responsibility, as well as highly professional in every aspect.

You must have excellent communication skills, enjoy liaising with people, and be able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
