ABOUT JOB
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team.

What You’ll Do
Primary responsibilities include:
- Greeting and seating guests and offering them refreshments
- Receiving and distributing mail and packages
- Taking inventory of and replenishing office supplies and snacks
- Wiping down conference tables and ensuring facilities are tidy and presentable
- Being part of a collaborative and supportive team of administrative assistants
- Completing monthly expense reports and supplies checklist
- Assisting with event work on as needed basis
- Maintaining the water schedule for office plants
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks, as needed
What You’re Like
Desired qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Outlook
- Experience in a financial office a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and skilled in wearing many hats
- Team player with a growth mindset and can-do attitude
- Self-starter who brings care and ownership to every task, big or small
- Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for anticipating needs and independent problem solving
- Intellectually curious, personable, and confident
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
Additional Details
Compensation for this role is: $60,000 – $70,000/year
