JOB DETAILS

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Recruiting Assistant to support our hiring and talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow a career in human resources or recruiting while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist recruiters with job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding paperwork
Support recruitment events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives as needed
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years of administrative, HR, or recruiting experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or applicant tracking systems
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused
