Our client is seeking candidates for the position of Recruiting Coordinator.

What you need:

  • Proven experience (6 months -1 years) as a recruiting coordinator or similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of hiring principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable (but not required!):

What you will do:

  • Responsible for interview coordination managing the scheduling across multiple calendars and multiple hiring managers.
  • Screen and review resumes and applications.
  • Will serve as the primary point of contract for candidates answering questions, providing updates and ensuring candidates get the best experience.
  • Aid hiring managers in posting of requisitions, determining pay rate ranges and disposition of candidates.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation, paperwork, and I-9s.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Compile recruiting data, generate reports, and analyze trends to provide insights for management decision-making.
  • Participate in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and other projects.
