Our client is seeking candidates for the position of Recruiting Coordinator.

What you need:
- Proven experience (6 months -1 years) as a recruiting coordinator or similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of hiring principles and practices.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable (but not required!):
What you will do:
- Responsible for interview coordination managing the scheduling across multiple calendars and multiple hiring managers.
- Screen and review resumes and applications.
- Will serve as the primary point of contract for candidates answering questions, providing updates and ensuring candidates get the best experience.
- Aid hiring managers in posting of requisitions, determining pay rate ranges and disposition of candidates.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation, paperwork, and I-9s.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Compile recruiting data, generate reports, and analyze trends to provide insights for management decision-making.
- Participate in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and other projects.
