Job Description
ABOUT JOB
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, aligned to standard business hours in the Pacific Time zone (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT)
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, follow-ups, and deadlines simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive client information and documents.
- Ability to work independently and proactively without requiring constant supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable communicating with clients professionally and confidently, including handling frustrated or confused clients calmly and effectively.
- Strong computer and technology skills, including experience working across multiple platforms and systems.
- Availability to work full-time during Pacific Time business hours (approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, Monday-Friday).
Preferred Experience
- Experience in client-facing administrative, operations, or coordination roles.
- Experience in accounting, tax, legal, financial services, or other professional service environments.
- Familiarity with CRMs, workflow systems, Google Workspace, and client portal platforms.
- Experience with onboarding processes, document collection, or project coordination.
- Experience supporting high-volume client communication environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
