ABOUT JOB

We are seeking a professional and personable Remote Receptionist to be the welcoming voice and first point of contact for our team and clients. This role plays a vital part in maintaining smooth communication across departments while delivering exceptional customer service from a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct inbound calls promptly and courteously.
Handle general inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms.
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for various departments as needed.
Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and other communications.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication flow.
Identify and escalate urgent issues or requests to appropriate personnel.
Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards at all times.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in a remote environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
