JOB DETAILS
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in English and Spanish in a friendly and professional manner
- Greet clients and route calls or messages to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Sell company products/memberships
- Respond to emails, texts, and online inquiries
- Take accurate messages and follow up as needed
- Maintain client records and update databases
- Provide basic information about services or products
- Perform general administrative and virtual assistant tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as a receptionist, sales representative , or customer service representative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
Technical Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Computer or laptop with updated operating system
- Headset with microphone
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and scheduling software (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a virtual or remote role
- Experience with CRM or call management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
