JOB DETAILS
We’re looking for a reliable and organised Scheduling Assistant to support our day to day operations.
This iole focuses on answering calls, helping fill shifts, and keeping our roster up to date. You’ll follow clear processes and work closely with our team to keep things running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in making sure shifts are filled and services run reliably for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages.
- Calling team members to offer shifts.
- Sending simple messages to team members.
- Updating clients re their shifts.
- Flagging any issues or gaps to management.
About You
- Organised and reliable.
- Comfortable on the phone.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to follow processes and instructions.
- Confident using a computer (Windows Operating System).
- Experience in admin or rostering is helpful, but not required.
